Please note that items are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering.
The standard shipping time is generally between 4-6 business days. Subject to ongoing challenges due to the COVID 19 pandemic some delays may be expected.

Default order shipping includes "Authority To Leave" instructions, whereby the postage carrier utilised for delivery are not required to collect signature on delivery and may leave your parcel unattended on your property. "Authority To Leave" instructions release The Essential Mama Co from all responsibility in regards to ensuring delivery to your person, including but not limited to situations of carrier delivery to the wrong address, goods stolen after delivery or damage that otherwise occurs due to delivery to your property with authority to leave.
In the event that order processing is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you via email to discuss options around order dispatch times.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at email@example.com for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
